Enjoy a peaceful stay at this centrally-located condo. A large living room is just a few steps from a free, designated parking spot on the main level with no stairs. Street parking is free. 1 King sized bed, full bathroom, W/D, kitchen, keurig, wifi, & Netflix inc. Neighborhood has a history of being safe and friendly, exterior of the building is older. Condo is in a residential neighborhood that has some owner-occupied and rented units. 1 block from downtown so sometimes there is foot traffic.
