The hotel is fabulous, with lots of extra amenities…rooftop bar, restaurant, great breakfast cafe. My only warning is be sure to turn your key in and DO NOT lose it!!! Key replacement is a whopping $250. We were checking out the hotel for wedding room blocks for 2027, but due to this policy unfortunately we are looking elsewhere.

Curtains are teal design with green window covers and worn out green gray carpet. I can hear the stomping overhead. Checked in at 2:30 w my chihuahuas and couldn’t get first floor (already?) saw a dirty paper cup with our coffee. Roach going across floor. Awful!!

Hotels dot com website listed a $20 pet fee - reasonable-so I booked/paid for room then at the hotel found out there is also a $100 cleaning fee- bait and switch No complimentary coffee in lobby- food and beverage in hotel very expensive Front desk staff were great- very helpful
