We had our family of 6 (all adults) staying and there was plenty of room to spread out with a great family room & backyard to sit and talk. The only negative is the cleanliness. Mainly the grill was not clean & the coffee pot was full of grounds and needed to be completely cleaned out before we could use it. My only recommendation is that you purchase lots of pillows for the sectional sofa. The sofa was the deepest I've ever encountered and had practically no back support. This is a great home in a beautiful neighborhood. My family and I were in town for a wedding and got to stay together, which was nice. The back yard is beautiful. My only complaint was I did reach out to the property manager and I never heard back. It wasn't a big deal as it wasn't an emergency but it was an annoyance. When we arrived, the driveway was covered in snow and ice, which made unloading a little treacherous. The sidewalk was clean but the entrance step had over an inch of ice on it. Unfortunately, there was no response from the number I was given initially, but inside the home was a different number to call and I did get a response there (and someone showed up the next morning to shovel and salt it). The house inside was extremely nice and had essentially everything you need for a short or longer stay. We cooked in the kitchen and did not lack for pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses and silverware. Upstairs, there were some issues with one of the sinks in the master bedroom, which needed attention and a draining problem in the 2nd upstairs bathroom tub/shower. Someone did come over a couple days later to address it. The bedrooms are very nice upstairs and the beds were comfortable. The yard is very nice - large and fenced in. Unfortunately, previous tenants had a large dog and did not clean up their pet waste. I don’t know how long they were there and the snow covered them when we first arrived. As a dog owner myself, I always bring bags to clean up the pet waste. The recycling can was full also, which is a guest problem. It was easy to take the trash and recycling to the curb Thursday night. Overall, it was a nice place and we would stay again. ##### Jeff J. After waiting 3 hours and was then told a cleaning crew would be called in?? I had been traveling 2 days to get to this destination & 4 others had each traveled 2 hours, we were hungry, tired & needed to find another place to stay because we were not sleeping there AND we couldn’t even shower! ##### Jan F.
