Minutes to walk to the center of town where the restaurants/bars are. Also some very nice boutique stores. In addition to all of that, you're steps away from the bike trail. Quiet street backed up to the walking trail. Walking distance to town which was great. Big kitchen and living room space which was totally comfortable for hanging out. I met my neice who was flying in from Mexico who I haven’t seen in years and we had an epic girls weekend in Lewes and this house was perfect for us. So comfy like being at home. However, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I am not super picky but could barely sleep on the stiff beds without box springs and the rock hard pillows. Couple that with comforters that are meant to be on top of a blanket without any blankets, and trash trucks coming and going in the early hours to the depot across the street, and it was hard to get a good nights sleep. Great location for getting to town and the beach and for that it was great. If they changed the beds and pillows I would 100% stay there again. ##### Diana K. However, the first night when we went to sleep, we realized that one of the bed frames was broken. Called Guest Services the next morning and put in a ticket but, we never heard back from them and the problem was never fixed. Also, both mattresses were very worn down and slanted to the middle dramatically. We also realized the first morning that the Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, and the A/C didn’t work the entire time either. The place and location were beautiful but we were very disappointed that the major appliances and bedding were terrible.. ##### Jason R.
