Management was very helpful when we hit a snag during check-in with a sticky lock. We found the furnishings very tasteful and the place was very comfortable for hanging out during a heat wave. The location is perfect: in town but with a beautiful water view from balcony and deck. Parking was readily available for free on the street -- no more than 400 yards away in high season. Reasonably priced parking for 1/2 days was less than 100 yards away. Due to the steps and location of balcony and deck I would not recommend the apt. for young children.
