### Charming 2 bedroom Townhouse located in Lewes

Brewers Walk is a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse located in the heart of Lewes, East Sussex, just a short stroll from the town center. With comfortable accommodations, a private sun-trap courtyard, and an attic playroom with a children's pool table, this home is perfect for a relaxing stay close to local amenities and historic sites. Ideal for families or couples looking to explore the area while enjoying a cozy retreat.  
  
We will be available to assist throughout your stay but we do not live on site at the property. Should you have any special requests, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.  
  
The very name ‘Lewes’ is synonymous with its annual Bonfire Night which is the largest November 5th event in the world. Carnival comes to town with pagan processions, traditions, costumes, fire sites and fireworks which attract people from far and wide – it’s quite the spectacle. You will need to book early for this event though to avoid disappointment!  
  
November festivities aside, there is plenty to entertain you in Lewes with art galleries, antique emporiums, museums and many cafes, local pubs and boutique shops, all serving and selling artisan produce made with love by local businesses and residents.  
  
Take a walk through the cobbled streets and sample some fine craft ales on a brewery tour. Stroll along the river with the swans or seek out Downland public foot paths, drinking in the views over Sussex for miles around (and stopping off at one of the many pubs en route). The world-famous Glyndebourne Opera House is just 10-minutes by car, showing some of the most incredible operatic performances (complete with subtitles) to be enjoyed on picnic blankets with a glass of bubbles from a hamper – utter bliss!  
  
From the Lewes Castle to Lewes Priory, there are numerous historic sights to explore, so it is easy to fill a weekend or a fortnight here.  
  
Access to the property is via a smartlock system, giving convenience to arrive whenever suits you. Instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to your stay.  
  
Welcome to this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse nestled in the heart of Lewes, East Sussex. The property offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests, with a spacious double bed in the master bedroom and a practical trundle bed in the second room, perfect for families. The home’s layout is cozy yet functional, providing a welcoming space for both relaxation and rest.  
  
A highlight of the property is the sun-trap courtyard at the rear, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine. The outdoor space offers a private retreat, with plenty of natural light to enjoy the fresh air in a peaceful setting, all while being just a 5-10 minute walk from the vibrant town center of Lewes. You'll find everything from local shops to historical landmarks within easy reach.  
  
For families, the attic playroom is a delightful bonus, featuring a low-height pool table designed for children to enjoy. This added space provides entertainment for younger guests, making it a great spot for indoor fun while still feeling close to the rest of the house. Whether you're exploring Lewes or relaxing at home, this townhouse offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.  
  
Train: Lewes has railway station with direct services from London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Brighton and other locations. Once you arrive in Lewes, you will need to use local bus services or other modes of transportation to reach the property.  
  
Bus: There are bus services connecting Lewes to nearby towns and villages, as well as Brighton.  
  
Car: If you have access to a car, you can drive to Lewes and then use local roads to reach the property.
