We enjoyed the Habsburg lifestyle fir a few days here. Recommend putting in a little extra money to book the more spectacular rooms, well worth it!

The Grand Hotel is grand!

The hotel is Grand in every sense. With beautiful gardens, fountain, indoor and outdoor pools, lovely buffet breakfast room overlooking the gardens, it was quite a lovely hotel. Only issue is the dinners on the half plan, which I would not recommend as they include heavy food with limited choices. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area for dinner. But the spa was superior and Sebastain and the other lady gave excellent massages. Would highly recommend staying in this luxurious hotel.

Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets; very prompt and friendly service. Our room was elegant, spacious, and had windows on two sides. The blinds kept the heat out. The building and the park are very beautiful. Very nice indoor and outdoor pool areas. Walk to the historical town center easy and scenic through the park. Tv remote was slow, hardly any international channels. Shower temperature was difficult to set. Not enough electrical outlets in the room.

Passare dall’antico al vecchio è un attimo. La suite Sissi veramente datata e rovinata. Ampie aree abbandonate e fredde a dividere le varie zone dell’hotel, simbolo di un antico fascino ormai perduto. Accappatoi con i buchi, camere sporche (abbiamo trovato una scatola di biscotti aperta nell’armadietto, porta sapone in velluto macchiato, letto pieno di gatti di polvere). Piscina lasciata allo sbando senza personale, alcuni giorni acqua bollente altri giorni acqua fredda e alla reception non hanno idea di come regolarla. Servizi ed accoglienza da hotel una stella forse, non aiutano nemmeno con le valigie. Il complesso della valutazione viene migliorata dal ristorante ottimo e dalla posizione attaccata ai mercatini di Natale asburgici

Stanza ------------ Non ci sono prese per ricaricare il telefono. Il phon in bagno rotto. Doccia e piastrelle che necessitano urgentemente di una rimodernata. Letto nella media. Reception ----------------- Una ragazza bionda che ci ha accolto all'arrivo arrogante e senza esperienza. Dopo il nostro arrivo non l'abbiamo più incontrata. Tutte le altre persone trovate super diponibili e professionali. Cena e colazione ---------------------------- Ottimo buffet e cibi buoni. Personale ottimo. Struttura in generale ---------------------------------- Albergo vecchio e lasciato andare. Ha bisogno urgentemente di essere risistemato. Parcheggio staccato dalla struttura e scomodo da raggiungere con la valigia. Nessun servizio valet. Considerazioni generali -------------------------------------- Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio.

Sapere che in questi ambienti ci sono passati personaggi storici importanti catapulta la testa ad immaginare la vita e lo sfarzo che si viveva all’epoca. Tutti gli ambienti hanno il fascino passato. La pulizia é più che ottima soprattutto nelle camere. Unico neo l’arredamento delle camere un po’ datato. Receptioisti, personale delle colazioni e delle pulizie molto disponibili e gentilie. Finalmente ho alloggiato nel hotel che mi ha sempre affascinano da quando ero bambino soddisfando appieno le mie aspettative.

Il servizio durante la cena e la colazione eccellente Il servizio della ragazza in carne in reception lascia un po’ a desiderare, non un sorriso né mi è stata trovata una soluzione al lavandino che perdeva….mi sono trovata da sola la soluzione chiedendo un secchio…. L’esterno della struttura è molto bello, d’impatto. Il giardino è ben curato, il ristorante molto buono e con prezzi ottimi, lo stesso posso dire per quanto riguarda la varietà della colazione e del bar. La pecca principale: ho richiesto anticipatamente per email una bottiglia di prosecco (a pagamento)e dei cioccolatini in camera per il compleanno del mio fidanzato e al nostro arrivo c’era una bottiglietta da 25ml calda. Ci hanno dato una camera abbastanza piccola e in mansarda, un’asciugamano macchiato di candeggina e, al posto di un letto matrimoniale, due letti singoli uniti, per questi motivi ho chiesto alla reception se potessimo cambiare camera, mi è stato detto che quella sera non c’era disponibilità ma l’indomani me la cambiavano, alla fine il giorno dopo hanno rifiutato di cambiarmela se non a pagamento. Stessa cosa per il late check out…invece complimenti ai ragazzi delle colazioni e del ristorante!!!

Wunderschönes altes Hotel aus der Habsburgerzeit inmitten einer großen Parkanlage, man fühlt sich ein bisschen ins beginnende 20. Jahrhundert zurückversetzt. Da stört es auch nicht, dass die Einrichtung teilweise schon etwas marode ist. Das Essen ist vorzüglich und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Verouderd vuil en niet onderhouden. Te warme kamer

Het viel al niet mee van bij de incheck. Grote veel te warme kamers zonder airco noch ventilatie. Niet onderhouden. 1 x tijdens verblijf werd ons bed half opgemaakt. Nooit gepoetst. Helemaal niet proper in de badkamer, verouderd. Kortom veel te duur voor hetgeen het is en zeker geen 4 sterren waard. De vriendelijkheid liet ook de wensen over.

In die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage,der wundervolle Park und das Ambiente sind traumhaft,auch der Außenpool liegt toll,aber das Zimmer war abgewohnt,klein ,unter dem Dach und hatte keine Möglichkeiten etwas abzustellen oder aufzuhängen. Der Schrank war so in die Ecke geschoben, dass nur eine Tür geöffnet werden konnte.Leider wurde unser Zimmer erst nachmittags um 15.30 Uhr flüchtig geputzt und auch erst die Betten gemacht. Das wunderbare Frühstück hat für einige Mängel entschädigt. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus keinem 4 Sterne Hotel. Die wenigen Angestellten waren durchwegs sehr freundlich,aber wahrscheinlich zu wenige,um schnell mal benutzte Gläser im Saal wegzuräumen. Sehr schade,denn die meisten Gäste kamen mit höherer Erwartung an.
