The 95 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus offers space for 6 people. It is also equipped with high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls) and a Smart TV with streaming services. This holiday home has 2 private balconies for relaxing evenings. Sauna, salt grotto and hot tub are available for a fee, please contact your host. Welcome to our house, where three modern apartments are waiting to offer you a cozy home away from home! The charming details such as the chopped walls, wooden ceilings and high room doors give the apartments a very special look - a warm and calming chalet atmosphere that invites you to linger. We want your stay to be as stress-free as possible, which is why our modern key issuing system allows you to check in easily, even if you arrive late in the evening. Our house is centrally located in Leutasch and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain scenery and the ski slopes. Take advantage of our heated ski cellar on the first floor - ideal for your equipment. Our apartments are characterized by exclusive Swiss stone pine furniture handmade by a local carpenter. The spacious bathrooms have luxurious, spacious showers, adding a further elegant touch to our accommodation. The Blockhaus Sonnenspitz is our most exclusive apartment with a magnificent view over Leutasch, the local ski slope and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has two sun-drenched balconies. The large windows make it a very bright apartment. It sleeps up to six people with two bedrooms and a folding bed/sofa. Each bedroom has its own closet. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower. The bathrooms are equipped with monsoon showers.
