Leukerbad has not got a huge ski area however the spas are great and it suits us as a family of skier’s non-skiers. The apartment block is directly below the main cable car with a set of steep stairs behind it to reach the cable car station. In der Küche wäre definitiv ein neuer Dampfabzug angebracht. Je nach dem was gekocht wird, stinkt die ganze Wohnung. The village is more about wellness than skiing although the skiing is varied and good quality the Spa's are world class. Well looked after, clean and everything works. Although not ski in/out it is well positioned for the main cable car up to Torrent out the back door, there is a steep flight of stairs to climb though when outside so watch your footing in the snow.
