### Exceptional Cottage in Lésigny with Covered Pool

Come stay in an idyllic setting, in the heart of this property located in Lésigny, just 5 km from La Roche-Posay.  
  
This fully renovated cottage offers:  
\- On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc.), a cozy living room with a pellet stove and a 120x190 sofa bed.  
\- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each equipped with two 90x200 cm beds that can be converted into a 180x200 cm bed for optimal comfort, a bathroom with a washing machine and toilet.  
  
The cottage also features a private outdoor area with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for convivial moments outdoors.  
You will also have access, shared with other cottages, to an indoor swimming pool (open from May to September), a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and various outdoor games. All nestled in a green setting, ideal for a relaxing stay, with the opportunity to venture out on the park's trails.  
  
Two cottages are available for rent on the property, sleeping a total of 10.  
  
Tourist tax and disinfection are additional.  
Optional services: linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning.
