### Cozy 3-Bedroom Cottage with Terrace, Fishing Pond, and Scenic Views in Haut Forez

This 130 m² gîte, arranged on two levels, offers a beautiful, bright living space with a lounge, dining room and separate kitchen opening onto a 35 m² wooden terrace. It includes three bedrooms upstairs (1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with 7 single beds), a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower on the ground floor adapted for people with reduced mobility, and 3 toilets. In terms of amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, television, stove, electric heating... everything is provided for a comfortable stay in all seasons. Between wood and stone, the warm decoration invites relaxation. Here, nature reigns, and each season reveals its charm at Domaine de la Plagnette. A vacation rental with nature, fishing and hiking. For fishing, there are 3 hectares (a family fishing pond with numerous roach). Every two weeks from May to September, the fishing federation releases rainbow trout weighing approximately 250 grams, including 5 to 12 specimens weighing 1 to 1.2 kg). There are also 17 hectares of greenery with a children's playground and a pétanque court. Ideally located just 3 km from the A89 motorway, the L'Épicéa gîte offers a blend of relaxation and discovery. Nature lovers will enjoy the numerous hiking trails in the Monts du Forez. In winter, the ski resorts of Chalmazel and Prabouré are only about 30 kilometers away. Finally, gourmets will appreciate the local cuisine of the bistro restaurant located a few steps away, where fresh produce and a warm welcome are the order of the day.
