3-bedroom house located 50 meters from the beach center and the clock tower. On the ground floor, this house comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa and television, a dining room, a kitchen with a washing machine, a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a gas stovetop. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed with a duvet, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.  
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and a security deposit by credit card or check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €140.  
Optional services:  
\- End-of-stay cleaning upon request: €140 (subject to availability).  
\- Baby bed and booster seat: €20/week, subject to availability.
