Discover this charming house nestled in a peaceful residential area, just a few minutes from shops and the beach. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, it will charm you with its warm atmosphere and its facilities designed for your comfort.  
  
As soon as you arrive, let yourself be charmed by its small garden and its furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors or relaxing in the sun. The secure swimming pool, with a beautiful size of 6.9 x 3.5 meters, invites you to moments of freshness and relaxation, sheltered from view. (In winter from 09/15 to 06/15)  
  
Inside, the house offers a friendly space with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140 bed and a closet, can accommodate up to four people. A bathroom and separate toilet complete this pleasant living space.  
  
In terms of equipment, you will have a fridge-freezer, a cooker with oven and gas hob, microwave, washing machine, television as well as outdoor furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. You can park in the driveway in front of the house.  
  
To make your stay even more enjoyable, you have the option of subscribing to additional services, such as end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (€18 per pair of sheets and €10 per person for towels) and WiFi box rental (€39 per week).
