L'espace de vie est lumineux offrant une magnifique vue sur l'océan et la plage du bassin Dombret. Il se compose d'une cuisine aménagée et équipée d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur et d'une cafetière Nespresso. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont à votre disposition pour cuisiner de bons petits plats. Vous trouverez dans la pièce de vie un canapé confortable et convertible en 140x190, une grande TV amovible et une enceinte bluetooth. Depuis le balcon, vous pourrez profiter d'un coin repas face à l'océan et la plage. Une salle de douche complète le logement avec wc. A disposition : wifi, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Un espace est prévu au sous sol de l'immeuble pour y stocker des vélos. Vous pourrez facilement vous stationner au pied de l'immeuble. Parking gratuit. Aug 14, 2025 #### Wunderschöner Blick in einem kleinen super eingerichtetem Apartment Direkt vor dem Wohnturm kann man im wunderbaren Naturbad schwimmen gehen. Das Apartment ist klein aber sehr fein. Der Check-in ist unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Der Stadtteil La Chaums ist ruhiger und sehr hübsch, man ist auch schnell an den Stränden. Das Bett ist bequem. Jul 15, 2025 #### quelques jours agréables aux Sables d'Olonnes Nous recommandons ce logement de par sa situation, la vue sur l'océan, la piscine naturelle, le sentier le long du littoral. Le mini bus LA MARINETTE était très pratique pour aller en centre ville. Mais on pouvait marcher le long de la côte et c'était fort agréable. Et ce bateau que nous prenons pour aller d'une rive à l'autre est très utile, cela nous fait penser au FERRY BOAT de MARSEILLE. Nous avons pu apprécier la gentillesse des commerçants dans les restaurants, les bars, les boutiques, l'office du tourisme. Cette station balnéaire est calme, propre, les gens sont sympathiques et respectueux. Cela fait longtemps que nous voulions y séjourner, et nous avons été ravis de passer nos vacances. ##### Lydie F. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, et on ne se lasse pas du bruit des vagues et de la marée.
