Located in the town center of Les Sables d'Olonne, behind the town hall park, and a few minutes from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Bright apartment, beautiful kitchen living room space, ideal for meeting up with family or friends.

Fully equipped functional kitchen, kettle, citrus press, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster…

Bathroom with a comfortable bathtub with hydrojets, two sinks, a towel dryer, a washing machine, as well as a WC.

On the night side, you will find upstairs, 3 double bedrooms equipped with 140 cm beds, each with a chest of drawers and a fan. The first is open to the mezzanine-style staircase and the other two are closed with blackout curtains. A separate toilet upstairs.
