This tastefully renovated studio-alcove is located in the immediate vicinity of the marina. Departure port for the Vendée Globe, the location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the world of boat racing. Quietly, you can benefit from the large terrace (15 m²) equipped for enjoying your meals or recharging your batteries with friends or family.  
  
On the 2nd floor of a residence, without elevator, this rental consists of an entrance with 2 bunk beds of 85, a living room with equipped kitchen area, 1 daybed of 150 and a bathroom with WC.  
  
Equipment available: Fridge, Mini-oven, 2 ceramic hobs, flat screen TV, Equipped terrace.  
A parking space is reserved for you 100 meters away.
