Located on the 1st floor of a small residence without an elevator, this apartment combines comfort and practicality for everyday life. The living room, bathed in light, includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed (140 cm), ideal for comfortably accommodating guests. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite bathroom, creating a cozy and well-designed sleeping area. A separate toilet enhances the comfort.
