So that you can prepare your stay with complete peace of mind, we have gathered here the detailed description of the accommodation as well as all the useful information for your holiday. Little House of the Channel Chaume District ROSE Holidays offers you this superb fully renovated cottage, providing a modern and refined setting, located near the Channel. Ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stay, this house can accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for discovering the charm of the Chaume district, it is located just steps away from the quays, the Olona marina, and numerous local businesses: bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. You can also easily access the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne thanks to the ferry, which crosses the channel in just a few minutes. Composition of the Accommodation The interior of the house has been completely renovated and decorated with care, offering a warm and contemporary atmosphere. On the ground floor: A lovely double room with bathroom, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquillity. Upstairs: A friendly living area comprising a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, microwave, coffee maker... A double bed in a mezzanine, offering a cosy corner with a view of the living area. A small balcony with a view of the canal, perfect for a morning coffee or a moment of relaxation at the end of the day. Ideal Location 2 minutes' walk from the Chaume quay and its shops (bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurants...). 6 minutes by car from the train station and city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne. 7 minutes by bicycle from Paracou beach. Free parking in front of the house or in surrounding streets.
