Nestled in a quiet street, just 300 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the lively shops of the Arago district, it promises you a peaceful holiday where everything can be done on foot. As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the warm atmosphere of this single-storey house, where each space has been designed for your comfort. The friendly and bright living room includes a fully equipped functional kitchen, perfect for preparing tasty meals to enjoy outdoors. Two cosy bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, offer a real cocoon conducive to rest after a beautiful day spent between the beach and discoveries. A modern bathroom with WC completes the interior layout. Outside, the 12 m² private courtyard invites you to take full advantage of the mild summer evenings around an outdoor dinner. In terms of equipment, everything has been planned for a stress-free stay with a refrigerator, small freezer, gas hob, combined oven/grill/microwave, dishwasher and television.
