This ideally located studio offers a breathtaking view of the sea and is close to Lac de Tanchet and the Thalasso. You can enjoy the beach located just 250 meters away as well as the shops in the Presidents district 450 meters away.  
  
Nestled on the 4th floor of a good quality residence with elevator, this well-equipped and very pleasant studio welcomes you for an unforgettable vacation. It includes an entrance, an alcove with two 90 cm bunk beds, a living room with equipped kitchen area and a 140 cm folding bed, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.  
  
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the studio is equipped with a refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, a combined oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a television with DVD player, and Wi-Fi connection. In addition, reserved parking in the courtyard as well as shared bicycle storage in the residence are at your disposal.  
  
Animals are not allowed in this rental. For greater convenience, several options are available at an additional cost: End-of-stay cleaning service (fee of €50 + €1 per M²), bed linen rental (pair of sheets at €18 and towels at €10 per person ). A cleaning deposit may be requested upon arrival.
