Located opposite the sea and the beach, on the 6th floor 1/2 with elevator, this 3-room apartment classified as furnished tourist accommodation 2 stars of approximately 70 m² consists of an entrance, a living room with a balcony and 2 benches. The kitchen is equipped with a mixed stove with four gas burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. The hallway has a closet and a wardrobe, the bathroom with bathtub has a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a bathroom with shower and a separate water closet. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom has a set of trundle beds and a single bed with a storage drawer. Private parking N°3 is available outside the residence. Linens not provided. APPA 068  
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €120.
