Welcome to our 3-star tourist apartment, located on the embankment of Les Sables-d'Olonne, facing the magnificent beach. Nestled on the 8th floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment offers breathtaking sea views. Inside, you'll find an entrance leading to a bright living room equipped with a 140x190 cm sofa bed and a television. The living room opens onto a modern kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an induction hob with extractor hood.  
The apartment also features a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with two 80x190 cm beds, which can be pushed together according to your needs. Both the bedroom and living room provide access to a balcony, allowing you to fully enjoy the exceptional sea views. Linens not provided. ref. APPA372-1.  
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €92.
