The duplex apartment on the 6th floor (no elevator) comfortably sleeps 6, and comprises a large living room with access to the balcony from which you can admire the sublime view of the ski area, a fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room, a sleeping area on the first floor, as well as a shower room and a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Linen and towels are not included. Public parking lot with private parking space. The apartment Located on the top floor of the residence, accessible by stairs, the apartment is as follows: \- Entrance with cupboard and closet \- Living room with sofa, dining area for 6, TV with blue ray and smart box TV \- Open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery \- Bathroom with bathtub \- Separate WC \- South-facing balcony offering a magnificent view of the ski area First floor: \- Landing with closet and double bed (140 x 190) \- Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and bunk bed (90 x 190) \- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer Nearby \- Quiet residence close to the town center \- Local shops: butcher, baker, supermarket, restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling alley \- All of Les Gets is within walking distance of the residence.
