Fully-refurbished 35 m² apartment on the second floor with lift, South West aspect, spacious balcony with views over the Chavannes ski area. Classified 3-star. Perfect location directly opposite the departure point for ski lessons! Capacity: 4 persons.

\- twin bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, TV and storage cupboard   
\- equipped kitchen area open-plan with the living room  
\- living room with two-person 160cm-wide sofa bed, and dining area opening onto a large South West-facing balcony accessed via a glazed door.   
  
FACILITIES:  
Communal heating, electric towel rail, television, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, hairdryer, raclette machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the shared laundry room.  
  
OTHER FACILITIES:  
1 space in the covered parking area belonging to the building (Max. height: 1.95m), ski locker, shared bike store (don’t forget your anti-theft device!)

#### Nuisance sonore bar apres ski

Top dans l ensemble sauf le samedi soir etdimanche soir en arrivant et le vendredi soir en partant. Le bar l apres ski a une scene et ecran geant qui fait du bruit le week end. Sur 1 semaine de vacances ca fait 3jours sur 7 sans calme le soir (bruit a partir de 18h jusque 23h). Ameliorer ce point ou ajouter un descriptif detailer ds l annonce sur ce point
