RESIDENCE L’ARPETTAZ: Within a lovely well-maintained residence, this apartment is located 900 metres from the centre, 300 metres from the Turche ski slopes and 600 metres from the lake.  
All easily accessible by bus that stops a few metres from the residence (that is free).  
This apartment is on the second floor, without an elevator, looking onto the South-East. A tastefully renovated apartment that will be brilliant for a tranquil family holiday.

\- Fully equipped kitchen next to the living area  
\- A bright living area with a convertible sofa  
\- A bedroom with bunk bed for 3 people, balcony access  
\- Bathroom, WC  
COMFORT EQUIPEMENT:  
TV, refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction cooker, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided), raclette and fondue machine, hair dryer. No WIFI

Take the middle of the street, drive about 800 m and take the 4th street on the left (towards La Turche). Go up the street, cross and take the street in front of you, continue the climb. When you are on the street, turn right until you get right embrachement.  
After 15 meters take the first street on the \[hidden\] residence is the second on the right.  
  
The apartment is no. 9 on the 2nd floor, the parking lot is behind the residence (before the last space under the cover). The ski rack is in the basement, also # reference 9.
