Welcome to the "Lautaret 5" residence.  
  
This beautiful 105m² flat for 10 people, located on the 1st floor, comprises :  
\- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle.  
\- Living room with sofa and television  
\- Bedroom with double bed (2 people)  
\- Bedroom with 2 single beds and bunk beds (sleeps 4)  
\- Bedroom with 2 single beds and bunk beds (sleeps 4)  
\- Bathroom with bath and WC  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
\- South-west facing balcony  
\- Wifi  
\- Washing machine  
\- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows and sheets.  
  
The "Lautaret 5" residence is located on the heights of the village, not far from the "Village" chairlift, ski hire and all amenities. It is also equipped with ski lockers and a lift.  
  
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:  
\- Towel kit: €12 / person  
\- End-of-stay cleaning: €150  
  
A deposit of €800 is required on arrival.  
Nb: Maestro, American express, cheques and cash are not accepted.  
  
Please note: the keys are not handed over at the accommodation address, but at our agency located at "9 Rue des Sagnes - 38860 Les Deux Alpes".
