"While in Mount Pleasant, SC for a wedding, we decided to spend 2 nights ahead of time in downtown Charleston. I don’t remember how exactly I settled upon the Indigo Inn but I’m thinking it was based on overall pricing, location and reviews. The Indigo Inn is a very quaint, bed & breakfast like hotel. There are 3 floors of rooms, starting on the ground, that surround an atrium with patio seating and plants/trees. We had a queen room on the 2nd floor near the elevator, not atrium viewing. ...

"The hotel is not conducive to go anywhere by foot - but the free shuttle was great. The driver even dropped us off closer to our destination after he left the designated stop. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was quiet and the service was also great. "

"The staff went above and beyond when I arrived and my friend was having a medical emergency. The manager Caitlyn got a wheelchair, got me situated and got aid for my friend. She checked on me the rest of time I was there and her and her team even sent me chocolate covered strawberries to make me feel better! Amazing management team. The staff is top notch and I will never stay anywhere else after seeing how they handled this medical emergency. "
