Ideal location in the heart of Val Thorens, Cimes de Caron residence. Cosy 24m² apartment for 4 people with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a double bed. Located on the 6th floor, south-facing with magnificent views of the slopes and mountains from a large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV. Professional housekeeping, bed linen and towels provided, welcome kit. Personal ski locker. Perfect for families or friends, just a stone's throw from the slopes, restaurants and activities.  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to our cozy and well-appointed apartment, located on the 6th floor of the Cimes de Caron residence, in the heart of Val Thorens. Here's an overview of the spaces and amenities to help you prepare for your stay:  
  
Living Area:  
The bright and inviting living area features a sofa bed that sleeps two. A large glass door leads directly to the balcony, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. For your entertainment and comfort, there is a TV and Wi-Fi access.  
  
Bedroom:  
The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and has direct access to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic mountain views right from the room. Bed linens are provided, and the bed will be made up for your arrival for optimal comfort.  
  
Kitchen:  
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, along with dishes and cooking utensils. A welcome kit with tea, coffee, and soap will be waiting for you upon arrival.  
  
Bathroom:  
The bathroom is functional and includes a bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet. Towels are provided for all guests.  
  
Balcony:  
Facing south, the balcony is the perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes, with breathtaking views of the mountains. You’ll be able to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.  
  
Services and Amenities:  
For your convenience, professional cleaning is done before your arrival, with linens and towels provided. A personal ski locker is also available to store and secure your equipment.  
  
This apartment is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a group of friends looking to make the most of Val Thorens while enjoying comfortable, well-located accommodation with spectacular views. You’ll be just steps from the slopes, restaurants, and activities of the resort, ensuring an unforgettable stay.

You benefit from total freedom thanks to an electronic lock allowing entry from 4pm and exit until 10am, allowing you to plan your stay according to your schedule.

The Neighborhood:  
Nestled in the heart of the resort, our ski-in/ski-out apartment is a winter paradise. Just steps from the Passerelle, the nearest blue slope, and parking P1. Enjoy easy access to the slopes and spacious individual lockers. The residence is ideally located near the sports center and Rue du Soleil, with all amenities just a short walk away and the city center right across the street.  
  
Getting Around:  
Located in the heart of the resort, our residence is within easy walking distance. For easy unloading, travelers can park temporarily in front of the residence. Just 50 meters away, the P1 parking lot awaits you, offering a convenient solution. What's more, travelers with electric vehicles can take advantage of the charging stations available in Parking P1.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Perfect accommodation for a family holiday with children or friends. You'll find everything you need, the location is ideal, and the apartment is comfortable and spacious.
