Discover our stunning apartment, renovated in 2021, located on the 5th floor of the Les Lauzières residence. Spacious and bright, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, perfect for a family or group of friends. Fully equipped, it promises an unforgettable stay, combining modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere. You can enjoy the balcony for relaxing moments, as well as a ski locker at your disposal. Located in the heart of Val Thorens, you'll have immediate access to the slopes.  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to our cozy and newly renovated apartment, located on the 5th floor of the Les Lauzières residence, in the heart of Val Thorens. Here’s a detailed overview of each room to help you prepare for a comfortable and enjoyable stay:  
  
Living Room:  
The spacious and bright living room offers a warm atmosphere with a large window opening onto a balcony. You'll find a TV and Wi-Fi access, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.  
  
Bedrooms:  
The first bedroom features bunk beds, ideal for two people, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and direct access to the balcony. All linens are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival for maximum comfort.  
  
Kitchen:  
The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. A welcome kit with tea, coffee, and soap will be available upon your arrival.  
  
Bathroom:  
The bathroom is modern and functional, with a bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet. Towels are provided for all guests.  
  
Balcony:  
The balcony, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, offers the perfect spot to unwind after an active day.

The Neighborhood:  
Located in the Les Lauzières residence on Rue du Soleil, our 5th-floor apartment, renovated in 2021, is perfect for ski lovers. Just steps from the slopes and P1 parking, it offers ski-in/ski-out access and spacious ski lockers. The residence is ideally situated near the sports center and Caron shopping gallery, with all amenities close by and the town center just across the street.  
  
Getting Around:  
Located in the heart of the resort, our residence is within easy walking distance. For easy unloading, travelers can park temporarily in front of the residence. Just 50 meters away, the P1 parking lot awaits you, offering a convenient solution. What's more, travelers with electric vehicles can take advantage of the charging stations available in Parking P1.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Perfect accommodation for a family holiday with children or friends. You'll find everything you need, the location is ideal, and the apartment is comfortable and spacious.
