Exceptional location: located in the heart of Val Thorens, direct access to the slopes from the residence, both there and back. Ski equipment rental/sale store at the foot of the building. Private ski room. A stone's throw from the shopping mall and the bus station.  
  
It is composed of :  
On the ground floor :  
\- an entrance with plenty of storage  
\- A beautiful living space with an American kitchen with numerous equipment (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) and storage, a snack plan to work or have breakfast in complete peace of mind, sockets with USB and USB-C  
\- A lounge area equipped with a TV, a non-convertible sofa, an armchair and three ottomans,  
\- a bathroom with a very large Italian shower, vanity sink and plenty of storage space  
\- a separate toilet in the entrance  
\-A closed balcony for more comfort

\-A sleeping area with two single beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and storage and sockets with USB and USB-C
