Studio of 24m²+7 m² of logia, for 4 persons on the 7th floor with lift. Oriented south.  
  
\- The living is equipped with a sofa-bed (equipped with duvet and pillows) and a TV.  
\- Kitchenette is equipped with vitroceramic hobs, mini-oven, microwave, dish-washer, fridge, classic coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.  
\- 2 bunk beds in the corridor. Equipped with duvets and pillows.  
\- 1 bathroom and a separated toilet  
\- Comfort elements: Vacuum cleaner - Ski locker  
  
Situated in the residence Sérac, in the upper part of Val Thorens. Located in front of the ski pass office and very near to the commercial shopping center with pharmacy. Twice a week there is a market next to the residence.
