NEW IN VALMOREL - RESIDENCE LUMI building A with elevator.  
Residence of standing 4\* with hotel services. New apartment at the foot of the slopes, located in the heart of the hamlet of "La Charmette".  
For 6 persons, 51 m² with 2 bedrooms and equipped balcony, facing EAST with view on the mountain.  
Cosy and contemporary decoration.  
Services included : bed linen, towels, cleaning at the end of the stay (except for the kitchen area and dishes). 1 PARKING SPACE INCLUDED.  
  
Our new residence LUMI offers you a stay in total relaxation, summer and winter, out of time and daily stress for an unforgettable vacation or weekend in the mountains with friends or family.  
After a day of skiing or an exhilarating hike, take part in the events organized by the resort and take the time to live moments of joy in the mountains in all simplicity.  
Access to the slopes at 50 meters from the residence.

\- Kitchen open to the living room, perfectly equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machines  
\- Comfortable living room with TV, 2-seater sofa with sofa bed, 1 coffee table. Equipped balcony facing East with mountain view. Sun in the morning.  
\- Dining area with a dining table, 4 chairs  
\- Room 1: 1 double bed (2 persons. 160 x 200 cm)   
\- Bedroom 2: 1 set of bunk beds (2 persons. 80 x 190 cm) and 1 set of mezzanine bed (2 persons. 80 x 190 cm)  
\- Shower room with WC, towel dryer

The rental price includes: bed linen and towels left in the apartment (2 towels per person per week), 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), cleaning at the end of the stay (except for the kitchen area and dishes) and 1 parking space. Satellite TV.   
Access to the resort center by free public shuttles, at the foot of the slopes, and near the ski lifts.

Departure : 10 am  
Deposit on the spot at the arrival and tourist tax in supplement according to the tariffs in force.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD :  
La Charmette is located 3 km from the shops and the center of Valmorel. Access to the resort is by car or by the free Valmobus shuttle.   
In summer, this property is ideal for hikers. In winter, for ski lovers and all lovers of our mountains.  
  
THE VILLAGE AND THE RESORT :  
A harmonious village perfectly integrated into its environment, Valmorel has all the assets of a family resort: a ski in/ski out resort, a main street entirely pedestrian, a rich and varied après-ski offer to fill up on activities, skiing and relaxation.  
The ski area: The Grand Domaine includes the resorts of Valmorel, Saint-François-Longchamp, Doucy and Celliers on 165 km of slopes with 4 freeride areas and many beginner slopes.   
The simplicity and traditions of this resort will seduce you. The architecture is in harmony with the landscape thanks to the stone and wood chalets and the slate roofs.   
In summer, Valmorel offers a wide range of exceptional activities: mountain biking, hiking, tree climbing, swimming pool, bike park...   
In winter, snowshoeing and Nordic walking, dog sledding, paragliding, zip line, spa, cinema...  
Various animations and events adapted to all.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
