Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 12 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a north-west facing balcony. We are waiting for you! Façade restoration work is currently underway. The flat is composed as follows: \- A living room of 12 m² with a TV, a sofa bed (double), a foldaway bed and a dining area. \- An open kitchen equipped with a toaster, a microwave oven, an oven, a cooking hob, a dishwasher, a coffee machine with nespresso pods, a raclette machine... \- A bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. \- A bathroom with shower and toilet. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside. \- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days exposed North-West with a clear view. Neighbourhood: The accommodation is located in a quiet and pleasant area, close to the slopes and all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, market. Leave your car, you can do everything on foot! Nearby: \- Angléo Spa located at 500 m \- Departure for the ski slopes at 500 m.
