Keep it simple at this peaceful studio. It offers the perfect setting to relax after a day in the sun.  
sit back and read a good book or enjoy the amenities at your disposal like WIFI, netflix and premium video .  
You have the possibility to stay in group by booking " superb studio near the marina (n°1 , 3 or 4 ).  
Near the marina ideal for the rum road.  
The space  
the studio has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The studio has air conditioning, and a dressing room. Please note that towels , sheets and tourist tax are included in the  
rate. no smoking inside. BBQ is shared  
Guest access  
guests have access to their studio and laundry room as well as the outdoor courtyard  
Other things to note  
The studio is 10 minutes from the first beach and close to restaurants and a large surface area .  
To prevent water cuts, the property has a 5000-liter drinking water tank.

#### Un très studio agréable et très bien équipé

Ce studio est très agréable, très bien équipé (cuisine, wifi efficace, climatisation) et d'une grande propreté. Il est bien localisé par rapport aux transports (bus, axes routiers) et aux commerces (5-10 minutes à pied) et se situe dans un cadre très calme. Les hôtes sont également accueillants et disponibles si besoin.

Very clean and discreet. Not noisy but one would most likely need a vehicle to get around since it is in a rather remote location. If you like peace, quiet and clean this would be the right location. I intend to book this property on my next trip to Guadeloupe.
