For those eager to explore, the property is ideally situated less than 12 miles from the stunning market town of Ludlow, famous for its historic castle, food festivals, and charming streets. Boasting a brand-new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and fresh flooring throughout, this stylish space is perfect for both professionals and tourists seeking a comfortable home away from home. The open-plan kitchen and living space is thoughtfully designed creating a bright yet cozy space to cook, relax, and enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, along with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and other essentials to make you feel right at home. The bedroom features plenty of storage to accommodate your belongings, and is fitted with high-quality linen and soft, plush towels. Soft furnishings ensure a restful night’s sleep, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day of work or exploring. PLEASE NOTE that as the apartment is centrally located, there may be some noise on Saturday nights due to local nightlife. The building is shared with one other apartment, which you’ll share the main entrance with. Once inside, you’ll have full access to your own private space. The apartment is located up one flight of internal stairs, on the first floor. Unrestricted parking available in public car park outside the property from 6pm to 8am Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday. Outside of these hours additional parking can be found at Dishley Street car park, charges are capped at £3 per 24 hours. \*Contact hours are between 8am and 8pm.
