Welcome to this spacious villa with a pool, perfect for relaxation and fun for the whole family. Accommodating up to 12 guests with comfortable bedrooms and modern amenities.   
  
\- Private pool open from June 1st to September 30th.  
\- Beautiful terrace with views of the garden and pool.  
\- Located in the peaceful village of Léobard, close to nature and activities.  
  
Exterior :  
Enjoy the private pool available from June to September, where you can take a refreshing dip or sunbathe on comfortable loungers. The garden provides a lovely view over the pool and is perfect for evening barbecues. A petanque court and table tennis add fun activities while you relax in this welcoming atmosphere.  
  
Living areas :  
The interior spaces are inviting and well-equipped with air conditioning and modern conveniences. The living room features comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

The charming villages of Gourdon and Domme, rich in history and heritage, are also worth a visit.

Easily accessible by car, the villa is about an hour from Brive-Vallée de la Dordogne airport and less than 30 minutes from Gourdon train station. Once there, a parking space is available for you to park with ease.
