79 m2\. More information by the provider: 2 room apartment - open maisonette on 2 floors. In the extension of a residential house, quiet location, unique view with terrace. Is at the valley station of the Metschbahn, super starting point for skiing, directly at the cross-country trail.  
Maisonnette ground floor: Open kitchen with oven, steamer, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Bar with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining area up to 6 persons. Sofa bed 140\*200 cm. Bench and wardrobe. Spacious shower, two separate WCs with washbasin and mirror. First floor: Corner seat & table for 6 persons. Upholstered bed 140\*200 cm. Pull-out bed 2x 90\*200 cm. The wardrobe is integrated in a glass house. The apartment has a terrace with table and chairs. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Outside parking and ski room are separate. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.

#### Geweldig!

Sfeervol vakantiehuis, gevestigd in voormalig restaurant. Professionele keuken met bar zijn gehandhaafd: ideaal om zelf te koken. Op de verdieping zijn de slaapplaatsen in een open ruimte (met evt een slaapbank op de begane grond). Erg vriendelijke verhuurders. Op loopafstand van de skilift. Absolut een aanrader!

#### Gemütliche Ferienwoche

Wir haben eine gemütliche Ferienwoche in Kari‘s Schüür verbracht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mal etwas anderes, ein Blick in den Dachstuhl vom Bett aus. Unseren z‘Morgen Kaffe haben wir in aller Ruhe auf dem Bänkli vor dem Haus genossen, mit Blick an den Wildstrubel, einfach herrligg. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Th.und K.K. für die freundliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne empfehlen wir das Ferienhaus weiter. Wir kommen wieder.
