Unit Layout  
  
You will be staying in an 80 m2 chalet located within a small holiday-settlement about 2 km from Lenk. The chalet is furnished with a ground floor consisting of a kitchen with a dining room, living room, toilet, and a terrace with a mountain view and barbecue. Wood is provided for the barbecue. The first floor has an entrance level with a large entrée, one bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, another bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second floor has four additional sleeping possibilities. All bedrooms are equipped with ample cupboard space. One garage and one parking lot are included, with the garage also serving as a storage room for skis.

The chalet is fully equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is designed to accommodate up to 8 persons and comes with a dishwasher, oven, raclette oven, fondue set, coffee maker, and washing machine. For entertainment, the apartment features a flat-screen TV and garden furniture for outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, guests have access to public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland regions with the SIMMENTAL CARD, allowing for free travel on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.

The chalet is conveniently located near various facilities and attractions. Nearby is the Hotel Simmenhof, which offers a spa, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, ice cave, and a good restaurant. A shopping center (Landi) is approximately a 7-minute walk away. The bus stop for the shuttle is just across the street, and the "Boden" train station is also very close. The rental includes current, heat, garage, cleaning upon departure, sheets, toilet towels, and tax. However, a fee of CHF 50.00 per dog is charged by the owner, with a maximum of two dogs allowed (just an example).
