This home has great layout with multiple living areas to enjoy. Spacious and open kitchen/ living area with modern updates and vaulted ceilings. Located in the back of a cul de sac with deep driveway and 2 car garage for plenty of off street parking. Basement living area with pool table, dart board, poker and other games for entertainment. Great Location!! The space: KITCHEN: Stunning updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, quartz countertops and a large kitchen island to gather around. All the necessary supplies for preparing a quick meal for your loved ones is included. You'll have a complete set of dishes, pots and pans, and a wide range of cooking utensils. Additionally, there's a Keurig coffee maker available to energize you in the morning. Coffee grounds, creamer, and sugar are provided for your convenience. DINING AREA: The dining room features a table that can accommodate four people, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or hosting board game nights. LIVING ROOM (Upstairs): Two comfortable couches to relax and unwind. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TVs. LIVING ROOM (Downstairs): Large comfy sectional too gather on right in front of the flat screen smart TV. Pool table and dartboard to entertain the whole group. We usually do hotel rooms but decided to try out this VRBO instead. Here are the positives and negatives of this home :Positives:Location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very close to Oak Park Mall, which was ideal for my group. The home is well taken care of, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would def work with him again. The negatives:The 4th bedroom is located in the basement, away from everyone else. So if you’re a group larger than 6 or 7, it’s not ideal. You’ll fit for sure, but it does feel a bit separated. House was not clean upon arrival as there was a mishap w the turnover process and cleaning crew. The host was happy to rectify and make financial compensation. Towels were not left by cleaning crew and beds were not made. We had to wait until the following morning to receive the appropriate amount of towels for our group and make our own beds. Again, host went the extra mile to have towels delivered to our doorstep the following morning and partial cleaning fee refund for the inconvenience. Overall, had it not been for the initial cleaning mishap, our stay would have been close to perfect. Cute home, quiet neighborhood, great location, amazing host. ##### Rachel L. I would suggest either higher chairs (bar stools) around the bar or a dining room table. My family loves to play games and there was no where to comfortably do that. We came for events at the Alamodome, not walking distance, but very close. We were very happy with this house and would stay here again. ##### Misty L.
