It was a peaceful area, and everyone we encountered was so friendly. We stayed in a second-floor condo within Magnolia Greens that featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This layout provided great convenience and privacy for my sister and me. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary appliances, allowing us to easily prepare meals. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in porch and appreciating the beautiful surroundings. The location was excellent for exploring the region. While there we visited several beaches and towns because of its close (within 30 minutes) proximity to them. The property had all of the amenities and then some, was super clean with a modern, updated appeal and was in a great location. The beds were so comfortable and the rec center was very nice. A few inaccuracies on what to bring (paper products and cleaning supplies) yet they were all there! I also got directions to Oak Island the day before we left yet we were booked for Leland! I panicked until I called rental agency. I would also recommend a few items in the condo that I missed having. One was a full length mirror! There wasn’t one and that’s difficult for a woman. Also the lanai had not been cleaned so we spent almost an hour cleaning the pollen off everything! Otherwise excellent visit. ##### Lori M. We knew very little about the area and after researching places to stay for awhile, I went ahead and booked our 5 night stay at this vrbo. I’m so glad we did as the location was wonderful..close to downtown, campus and the beach. And the vrbo itself was so clean, very well stocked for comfort and beautifully decorated. The use of the amenities was an added bonus..the swimming pool, workout facilities and sauna.
