Two (!) sunny south-facing balconies with a wonderful view of the park. Alcove with high quality box spring bed. Modern bathroom with shower. Parquet, Wi-Fi, TV, Bose soundbox. Recreation, recreational fun, nice scene bars and restaurants - only 1\. 300 m from Augustusplatz and the city center! The light flooded, very high quality and individually equipped small apartment is located in the 1st. Floor of an elegant Wilhelminian style house and is easily reached by a lift. However, there are a few steps to the elevator on the mezzanine floor to be bridged. The object is not suitable for children! We ask for your understanding. DOMESTIC EQUIPMENTS Comfortable box spring double bed (180x200) including high quality linen. The beds are already made upon arrival. The custom-made wardrobe offers a lot of space to store all your things. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob (Caution: no oven!), Dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, kettle, toaster and modern coffee machine (with basic equipment fresh coffee beans). The modern shower room has fluffy towels and a hairdryer. W-LAN can (within the legal regulations) be used free of charge. Ample parking in the residential streets around the park. NEIGHBORHOOD / LOCATION The apartment is located in an area that leaves nothing to be desired: quiet, green and yet central. Just around the corner the oldest cinema in the city. All shops for daily needs, doctors, shopping (Späti, bakers, Kaufland, Penny and Reudnitz arcades), nice bars and restaurants (4Rooms, Chateau 9, guild cellar, Aries) are located in the area. The railway road with its bars and off-spaces can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Almost on your doorstep is the Lene Voigt Park, a paradise for joggers and those seeking relaxation. The Grassi Museum, the Augustusplatz (1\. 300 meters away) and the city center with its shops, restaurants and cultural offers can be reached in a few minutes. By tram (about 2 minutes) you need to the university (2 stations) about 4 minutes, to the main station (3 stations) 6 minutes. TRANSPORT Trams, various bus connections and the proximity to the B2 secure the good connection in almost every direction. By tram (about 2 minutes) you need to the university 2 stations and 3 stations to the main station. At Leipzig Central Station and the City Tunnel Stations of the S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland, travelers from all other directions can change to the S2, S5, S5X or S6 lines to the New Trade Fair. Driving time from Leipzig Central Station: 6 minutes, from Marktplatz Leipzig: 8 minutes. The tram line 16 of the Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe stops in front of the main station and will take you directly to the exhibition center in about 20 minutes - direction "Messegelände" (final stop). The distance from the center to Leipzig-Halle Airport is about 22 km (30 minutes by car). Every 30 minutes the suburban train S5 or S5X goes directly from the airport to Leipzig. Travel time: 13 minutes to Leipzig-Hbf. The stop in front of the central station of Leipzig is Leipzig Messe, the stop after is Leipzig Markt (city center). The time we spent in Leipzig was thoroughly enjoyable and our apartment was the perfect spot to start and end each day. It is located within a reasonable walking distance of the city centre and has nearby stores and restaurants to acquire the necessities. The apartment is spotless and thoughtfully decorated beyond the norm. It is well equipped, including a few little extras to enjoy the stay. Mit Nextbike aber auch der Tram kamen wir überall schnell hin. Obwohl es sehr heiße Sommertage waren, konnten wir uns tagsüber gut abschirmen und nachts wurde es kühl, da man Durchzug machen konnte über die beiden Balkone. Tolle Einrichtung Super sauber Sehr nette Vermieterin (obwohl wir uns verspätet hatten, war das kein Problem bei der Schlüssel Übergabe vor Ort! ) Lage der Wohnung ist toll weil mitten im Leben und doch ruhig! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, die stadtnahe Lage mit einem kleinen Park vor der Tür war ideal, Verkehrsanbindung ok, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Nov 18, 2018 #### Gerne wieder Sehr hübsche und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Bei schönem Wetter sind die beiden Balkone mit dem Blick ins Grüne eine besondere Zugabe. Supermärkte, Bäcker und Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt und auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig recht schnell zu erreichen.
