Welcome to our beautifully furnished 1-bedroom flat, ideally located in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea. This spacious and stylish retreat offers the perfect mix of modern comfort and coastal charm, making it the ideal base for a relaxing getaway or a peaceful business trip. There is lots of on street parking, and the WiFi speeds are very good. This home is professionally managed by Pass The Keys  
  
This bright and airy flat is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring an open-plan living area that’s perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The living room boasts plush seating, a TV for your entertainment, and a chic décor that gives the space a contemporary feel.  
  
The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a meal, complete with modern appliances and all the utensils you’ll need.  
  
The bedroom is a serene sanctuary with a comfortable double bed, high-quality linens, and ample storage for your belongings. The sleek bathroom features a shower, fluffy towels, and all the essentials.

Situated just moments from the picturesque Leigh-on-Sea seafront, you’ll be able to explore the quaint shops, cafes, and vibrant bars of this charming seaside town. Take a stroll along the beach, enjoy the stunning views, or venture out for a day trip to nearby Southend-on-Sea for more attractions. This home is also located very close to Belfair's Woods, and if you are partial to a game of golf, then there's a full 18 holes very close. Southend Airport is a short drive away
