You are quite secluded in a cove off a gravel road with no nearby neighbors. And still, it\`s a reasonable drive into Asheville and there are lots of roads and places to explore in the area. This escape is ideal for a group of friends, couples, families, and outdoor adventurers! Welcome to this spacious wood cabin on a large private tract. You really get that quiet, remote feeling here. But if needed, you can reach the conveniences of Asheville in about 30 minutes. Though with all the comfort and amenities of the cabin, you may never want to leave. The main living room is connected with the dining area and kitchen where everyone can gather together. The main dining table has 6 chairs. There are another 3 stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. The upstairs living space has a balcony overlooking the main living room. This space features a bunk bed, a seating area, and a large desk. The downstairs living room features a large smart TV, wood stove, games, and a game table where your whole group can gather. There are two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite full bathrooms. One is upstairs next to the living room/bunk room/office space. This master bedroom has a walkout balcony that looks out over the firepit. The second master bedroom is downstairs next to the living room/game room. This room is newly constructed with an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the modern shower and fixtures. The main floor features two queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom. One of the greatest features of this cabin is the large, wrap-around deck. The back area is covered with an outdoor living and dining area. The side deck is open-air with a grill, hammock, and hot tub. The deck continues around to the front porch with super comfy, overstuffed chairs. From here, you can also step out into the yard and let the time pass around the fire pit - Southern style. Please note that access to this cabin is via a gravel road. It is accessible with a normal car as there are no steep or rutted sections. However, in times of heavy rain or snow, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended Additional features include: \- Hike to a park right from the property \- Laundry area with washer & dryer Reserve now to \`Live Like a Local\` in this secluded modern cabin! You will have private access to the entire cabin, yard areas, and driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. We are available for questions or services between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. A non-refundable pet fee of $110/pet applies for guests traveling with animals. • We require a damage waiver for all reservations. This is a small, non-refundable fee that provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay. It is significantly more guest-friendly than traditional security deposits, which are often equal to or greater than the cost of the booking. We ask that you treat the property with respect. Bring good flashlight!Cabin size, layout, comfort - very accommodating for large family. I had 9 people and a service animal. Plenty of room to spread out; lots of privacy. It's cozy, relaxing, and a special perk - a TV available on upper and lower living area so the twin brothers could kick back and watch whatever they wanted to ;-) Great place to read, meditate, write, or spend time with loved ones. Visited in May - Cooler in basement, but I like it like that. Furnishings - very nice :) Mattresses ok; King-sized ones are ready for an upgrade. Couch & chairs - super cozy.Wifi- Worked great!
