✔Events or parties are not allowed without prior approval and an additional fee. Contact us for more details. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a minimum $1000 fine will be assessed. Booking a stay with 16 people but inviting additional guests to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc. is considered an event

✔The Hot Tub and Sauna is available for USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts and owners are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of these amenities
