Excellent accueil. Equipe très serviable. En revanche, ménage très succinct, peu de luminosité dans les chambres. La nôtre donnait sur la cour et musique assez forte jusqu'à 23h.

Si vous aimez le bruit cet hotel est pour vous !
Très déçu par cet hotel. Mauvaise occultation du rideau, de plus la façade reste éclairée la nuit ! Mauvaise insonorisation ! Les voisins et le personnel ne sont pas discrets le matin. Bémols aussi pour le petit déjeuner : sous forme de buffet, rien de sucré et exclusivement asiatique. Des l'arrivée on te propose une omelette parfait, mais il tarde ensuite à la servir ! Wifi pas fiable ! Leur voisin l'hôtel Bali baya à prix égale est bien mieux

La déco de l'hôtel est sympa. Cependant la propreté de la chambre était perfectible, le buffet du petit-déjeuner était moyen et la piscine sur le toit un peu descevante. Cependant le personnel est très charmant. Je m'attendais à mieux par rapport aux photos que j'avais pu voir. Le rapport qualite/prix est correct mais il y a peut être mieux à Legian.

Arrivée à Bali en famille
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au MaxOne lors de notre arrivée à Bali depuis le Canada. On a eu accès à une grande chambre familliale où il était bon se reposer. Le personnel était très sympathiques et attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner très copieux et excellent. L'hôtel est à environ 10 minutes de marche de la plage par un petit raccourci étroit. Seul bémol: nous avons fait faire notre lavage et cela nous a coûté très cher (36$ cad!). Finalement, je le recommande compte tenu du bon rapport qualité/prix et de la propreté des lieux.

Legian fut notre première destination en arrivant à Bali pour se remettre du décalage horaire. Une navette du MaxOneHotel est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport, service génial. Nous avions préalablement réservé bien entendu. Cet hôtel est très bien: piscine à débordement sur le toit, chambre propre, lit confortable, service hors pair. Nous avons aussi très bien mangé pour les déjeuners, il y avait vraiment beaucoup de variété.

Personnel à l'écoute et accueillant. Très mauvaise connexion wifi. Literie confortable. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain à cause de mauvaises canalisations. Petit déjeuner buffet pas terrible, hygiène et conservation des plats laissant à désirer... A 15 min à pieds de la plage. Hôtel bruyant le matin car fenêtres donnant sur le restaurant.

2 premiers nuits au MaxOne de Legian
Nous avons séjourné au MaxOne de Legian lors de nos 2 premières nuits a Bali. Bel hôtel, propre, chambre agréable et donnant sur cour intérieure donc très calme, piscine sur le toit. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est bon et copieux (du local et de l'occidental). L'hôtel est situé à 15 minutes a pied de la plage de Legian et son fameux coucher de soleil, et a 10 minutes des restaurants / warungs. Le personnel parle bien anglais et a su répondre à toutes nos questions.

You get what you pay for, there is a reason it’s cheap, stayed 4 nights, never had a hot shower, asked about the problem but was told water is on a heat schedule, the breakfast was poor for a westerner, we ended up going out for breakfast, bathrooms needed a lot of work looks very run down, only good things were the AC was nice and cold and bed comfy

First time in Bali and this was my first hotel in this trip. Honestly I'm quite disappointed by its cleanliness and conditions. Toilet tower rack is dropping. Air-con had water dripping. Lots of hair on different parts of the room.Dirt and stains are everywhere. But the technician was efficient in fixing these. The reception staff were helpful. The location is good. But i wish that the hotel management will put effort in hiring sufficient staff with proper training to clean up the room. This could definitely help you to raise your room rate.

It was not bad for the budget hotel rates
The hotel has changed management, taking over from an old budget hotel. Due to the COVID-19 recession, maintenance has become difficult, making the hotel appear less clean. However, the staff and service provided are excellent.

The room had bedbugs and they gave me a new room. The staff was very friendly and it’s not their fault but the room conditions need upgrade and it was very dirty. I will not stay there again.

The friendliness and the service received from all staff was the highlight. It is conveniently located and easy to walk to places from here. There was a ‘pool bar’ which wasn’t open however. But overall was lovely and clean and a great stay.

Hotel location is great, staff were amazing. The hotel is currently under going renovations but this didnt impact on our stay. Nice clean room, facilities were great. Only thing its missing is a fridge in the room. Breakfast is buffet and has a great range. The towels and sheets are slightly grey in colour but still fresh and clean. Would certainly stay again.

Cheap, central, not comfortable for sleeping.
The rooms were small, no fridge to keep water cold. Bathroom slightly dirty, beds were so hard struggled to sleep. Not much choice for breakfast if you were gluten free, or didnt want Indonesian food first thing in the morning.Swimming pool was under construction whilst we stayed there. However, staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff is just wonderful. Willing to help you at any time. Extremely kind! For example, I was having some issues with the remote control and as soon as I told them, they put a new tv in my room. Brilliant!

The rooms were very small, but the staff were really very helpful. Staff did help us out by preparing veg. breakfast for us. I will give 5/5 for the staff's excellent service. Hotel's car service was also very useful to us as we had not booked any tour or transport prior to reaching Bali.

Cockroaches in the bathroom, no fridge in the rooms, wifi is shocking, hotel is very dated and feels more like a hostel than a hotel, staff were not helpful at all, and the lady at the desk when we said we were leaving couldn’t be more happy that it “wasn’t refundable” - avoid at all costs this place is horrible, we only stayed 2 out of the 10 nights booked because it was so awful
