Discover this exceptional villa located in the "Dunes de Piquey," a sought-after neighborhood, appreciated for its tranquility and proximity to cycle paths, which allow you to walk along the ocean beaches.  
  
You can leave your car behind as you're about a 5-minute walk from the peninsula's equestrian center, a 5-minute bike ride from the fitness trail, as well as local shops (bakery, delicatessen, wine merchant, fishmonger, butcher-deli, newsagent, pharmacy, etc.) and the Arcachon Bay.  
  
This 140 m² single-story villa features a large air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, all opening onto a large and pleasant terrace with a heated and secure swimming pool (8.50 x 3.50).  
  
On the sleeping area, you'll find four bedrooms, including a master suite with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a toilet. This villa also offers two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.  
A child's bed and a travel cot are available.  
  
Enjoy a lovely enclosed and lush 1,200 m² garden, a beautiful south-facing terrace, and a heated salt-water swimming pool. The exterior is fully equipped: a plancha grill, outdoor shower, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, and more.
