fourmis dans les chambres, pas de possibilités de rangement, propreté laissant à désirer, restauration sommaire, bruit de ménage tôt le matin (6 heures). pour le reste, le personnel est sympa et serviable à l'image des philippins. je ne conseille pas cet hôtel pour les raisons évoquées et nous avons du demander le remboursement (avec beaucoup de difficultés) de la réservation dès 13 jours restants que nous avions faite par l'intermédiaire de hôtel.com qui demande le paiement intégral du séjour.

What I did like was many areas nearby where u could go SM mall , mayon volcano etc … what I didn’t like was staff minimal interaction with customers .. very little knowledge of activities nearby … and upper management disconnected with the customer

The hotel was dirty . Very bad odor I cannot take the smell so I left and rebooked to another hotel . I will not recommended this hotel to anyone to stay No hot water run it for 10 min no hot water at all.

Very good location near Cathedral, plaza, restaurants, grocery, bakeries. Leaking pipes in bathroom. Small and thin towels. No facilities for hearing water for tea or coffee in the room. Only water dispenser in ground floor dining area has chiller and heater.

Helpful staff and clean room
Very good area as close to where needed to be. Breakfast was ok and WiFi was not very strong. But staff helpful and room nice and large. Just what needed for the night

No wake-up call - No Wifi- No hot water. Very nice warm greeting at check-in. Our prepaid reservation was all in order and efficiently handled. Public area covered in a variety of bright paintings in primary colours yet our room had no decoration at all. Depressing view of a wall from our room at the rear of the property Our bed slotted into a recess which was so tight that it did not allow for a bed-side table. No control of room lighting from your bed, only from the switch by the door. No wardrobe, only a couple of hangers. The hotel was clean but there was a blockage in our sink and it took a long time for water to drain away. Wi-Fi was not available anywhere on the property. This was not pointed out when we checked in. When I went down to reception to request the password I was told that the router was damaged and they were waiting for it to be fixed. Whilst I was at reception I requested a wake-up call for 05.00 and transfer to the airport at 06.00. By chance we awoke around 04.30 and commenced to prepare for departure. We showered in cold water as warm water was not available at that time of day. We were lucky that we did wake up when we did as we did not receive a wake-up call! I pointed this out at reception and was told that they had made several calls but did not receive an answer. I did point out that they could have knocked on our door to make sure that we were awake. If we had over-slept we could easily missed our flight.

Never Again
We were given a different room from what I originally paid for. I booked for that certain room so my kids can comfortably rest after a very busy day, but we all ended all squeezed up in a queen bed, my husband ,me -breastfeeding mom-,a breastfeeding baby and a toddler. The bathroom door has a squeaky sound so we had to be extra careful in opening it so as not to wake the kids. They don't have complimentary slippers, comb, tissues and we have to ask for toothbrush. Will not recommend for family with small kids. We tried contacting the management but no response at all. Never again.

We have investigated the matter and we have delivered the exact room you have paid for - Chicos Room with 1 Queen sized bed and dining table in the room. We have waived also any extra charges for setting up extra bed in the room. As an Inn, we do not have complimentary comb and the slippers that we have are made of good quality rubber slippers and not the disposable ones. They didn't have our reservation from expedia but were very helpful in trying to get us into a room as quick as possible. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. My only negative is that the paperwork stated restaurant was open but when we went down for dinner it was closed.

The Hotel was ok. Staff are okay. On our 1st day we were resting there was a lot of pounding above our room. So we called their attention. I called the front desk several times no answer. Then I found out that their phone was disconnected. Hot water was controlled by housekeeping every time they clean the room.So when you get back from walking around the city you get a cold shower. Breakfast there was not a lot of choices. TV remote control is not working as well as the A/C. No wash cloths, hand towels, Toiletries provided. Shuttle to airport is not provided if you have an early flight. You have to pay extra if you want to use the hotel shuttle because their driver lives 2 hours from the hotel.So we ended up renting a Tricycle and paid our ride to the airport. Wifi is very slow and it's always off.This hotel needs improvement. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and families.

The hotel is not perfectly safe for personal belongings. They don't have safe for cash, passport, etc. I have to carry all my money in a bag whenever I leave the hotel. Does not have fridge for meds to be at colder temp. I don't call what they serve a breakfast. It was one fried egg, small fish portion, a little bit of fried rice and instant coffee.The room needs a luggage rack. I slept with my bag & stuff on my bed.

My stay at Apple Peach House
Arrived at hotel got a upgrade free to a room with a balcony. Decore in reception haphazard. Room big bed good. Housekeeping needs improvement day excelent can not do enough 4 you. Restaurant limited on choice and is in reception area but food good value. If visiting Lagazpi only about 30 taxis in the city if possible use hotel transport charge the same as taxis transport to and from airport free if u contract them.

Friendly & courteous staff but there is a catch!
Staff were friendly and courteous, however they need to improve their facilities. The bathroom stinks, there were insects at the door and the airconditioner wasn't that cold. Location is excellent. Management should not ignore the problem with their facilities and should hire a good maintenance team.

Disappointing stay
Shuttle service to and from airport is disappointing. They can't pick you up earlier than 8am and they don't have services on sundays. We have to wait past 2pm to get settled in our room since the room wasn't cleaned up by check in time. Since cleaning was rushed, restroom was smelly. We stayed at room 203.

Cute boutique hotel with great customer service. Nothing at all going on in the local area and you have to travel to still not have much going on. Airport shuttle which was great and good free breakfast.

Inconsistencies
Before booking, CP number can be contacted. After booking, published contact number here and other CP numbers in the internet cannot be reached. Upon getting a working landline number, the front desk said that their published number here isn't working anymore. A staff to fetch us was already waiting at the airport holding a placard with my name. Request for room upgrade at a lesser price was granted. Room service requests like water and change of working TV remote control was immediately responded to. Wifi on Room 207 was really bad. It is either there or not. You call up the front desk and they will restart wifi connection. Bathroom needs more conscious cleaning.

For Peach house improvement
Though tolerable as hotel was able to fix issues after a while - It was quite unpleasant due to we are very tired but upon arrival parking has been showering of welding debris due to a work being rushed.. I wasn't expecting that I have to take the stares and there were instance without water supply.
