« We stayed at the hotel for 23 days. The rooms are comfortable and fairly well equipped. We did most of our own cooking using the small but neat kitchen. The cleanliness of the room is really good and the standard of the room cleaning is to a high standard. There is a small but pleasant balcony, which gives a panoramic view of the city from 14th floor. The staff are accomodating and welcoming. I will certainly stay there next time i come to Manila. Recommended!!!! »

« I've been in différent Seda établissements with family for staycations and Seda Résidences Makati was my least enjoyable stay. Facilities and breakfast food were subpar, and location is unpractical. My family and i also find the cleanliness of the ammenities to be underwhelming and dated that it does not justify the price point of what we paid. »

"Très bon séjour dans son ensemble. Malheureusement notre vol a été annulé donc vous avons raté une nuit sur les 2 initialement prévue mais nous avons très apprécié l’hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil. Tout est à proximité à pied. Le petit déjeuner est sur carte assez peu de choix mais très bon. La salle de bain n’est pas très moderne cela n’est pas dérangeant. Nous recommandons cet hôtel ! "
