Home has a private dock with \~4.5 feet of water and is set up with cleats to easily tie your own boat or rental. The home is also within walking distance to the SC&G #4 boat landing and launch to launch your own private boat or jet ski. The home comes with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing, amazing vacation. We kindly ask that you use a different swimsuit for the hot tub than the lake. If algae contamination occurs and the hot tub turns green, a $250 drain and cleaning fee will be applied after checkout. • Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced. The house was clean and very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. As crazy as this sounds, the shower is a major highlight. After a long day on the boat/lake, that shower is like a mini spa! We had a great time using the onsite kayaks and canoe. The house is slightly smaller then we expected as the pictures sort of made it out to be a two story home but only the decks are on different levels and the living quarters are on one floor. We had a slight issue with shower water staying hot but the host was very easy to get ahold of to try and help resolve the issue. Overall it was a great stay and a great experience with amazing views on the lake you cannot miss in the early morning!! ##### Dakotah c.
