Our exquisite one-bedroom apartment is a warm retreat designed with couples in mind. Enjoy the season while being captivated by the breathtaking panoramic views that stretch across the vibrant Leeds skyline. Experience the holidays in Clarence Dock bursting with quirky bars and delicious restaurants. Take advantage of the famous 'Water Taxi' or enjoy the views with a short 5-minute walk to the very popular Leeds Christmas Markets. The space Enjoy comfort and incredible views of the city at our perfect apartment located in the heart of Leeds Dock. Admire the fantastic scenery around the docks, enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants, or explore the Royal Armouries Museum which can be accessed for free and is a short stroll from your front door. Take the lift to our place and enter into the hallway which is convenient to store your shoes and coats. To your immediate left, you may enter our spacious living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Unwind on the comfy sofa and choose between gazing at the TV or the incredible panoramic views on offer in our serene haven. To the right as you enter, you will find our ultra-comfy double bedroom with convenient storage to utilize for your belongings during your stay. Stylish bathroom with shower and bathtub for ultimate relaxation during your trip. Our apartment has been refurbished in time to invite guests for Christmas, we have also reduced our prices to support our launch. Secure your dates early to avoid missing out on this fantastic location. We encourage those who are looking for longer-term stays to check out our monthly deals and are happy for you to get in touch for more information. Guest access Guests can access the entire property. Other things to note Water Taxi - a short walk from our apartment. Experience Leeds by boat and take the opportunity to reach the city center via the canals. A unique experience, highly recommended. Leeds Dock - experience dock life, we are located in the heart of the famous Clarence Dock. Additional rules Please clean and replace anything you use from the kitchen. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to the guest at a rate of £35 per hour plus the cost of any damages. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
